The short version
Most neurofeedback clinics use operant conditioning: you watch a screen or a film, and it is rewarded automatically when your brain produces the target pattern, usually in 30 to 60 minute sessions spread over months. Biocybernaut uses voluntary control: you hear your own brain waves in real time and consciously learn to change them, in full days of training over seven consecutive days, with a trainer and a small group.

Why conscious control matters
When you learn to change your brain waves knowingly, you can find the state again outside the booth: in a meeting, before a hard conversation, at the end of a long day. That is the difference between being trained and learning a skill.
Why an intensive week
Concentrated training lets your brain build on each day’s progress without the week-to-week drift of occasional sessions. In Dr. Hardt’s research, benefits kept growing for 12 months after the training ended.
Which is right for you?
Biocybernaut may suit you if
- You want calm, clarity and performance, not treatment of a condition
- You can set aside a full week
- You want to learn a skill you keep
A local clinic may suit you if
- You are looking for treatment of a diagnosed condition under a clinician’s care
- You can’t travel or take a week away
- You prefer short sessions over a longer period
Common questions
Is Biocybernaut a medical treatment?
No. Biocybernaut is personal development training. It isn’t a medical device and doesn’t diagnose or treat disease.
Can I combine Biocybernaut with ongoing care?
Yes. Many trainees continue their existing care. Tell your advisor about any medication or treatment when you book.
Do I have to come back for more sessions?
No. One training produces lasting results. Many graduates later return for advanced training or a short tune-up.
Descriptions of clinic neurofeedback are general; individual clinics vary.
